Backpack Bed for Homeless Australia

Established in Melbourne 2007, national charity Backpack Bed for Homeless (formerly Swags for Homeless) has revolutionised the question of what to do when homeless have no shelter.

Founder Tony Clark and his wife Lisa designed the life-saving Backpack Bed emergency bed to give dignity to homeless people without shelter.

Dress for Success Sydney

Dress for Success Sydney is a registered charity (ABN: 86 29 499 3663) that improves the employability of disadvantaged women, trans women and non-binary people comfortable in women’s spaces who are in need in NSW. This is achieved by providing, free of charge, professional clothing, a network of support, coaching and career development tools to help women achieve self-sufficiency. Their head office is in Marrickville.

Lifeline exists to ensure that no person in Australia has to face their darkest moments alone. Our experience has shown us that it is through connection that we can find hope. We are available 24 hours a day to listen, without judgement to any person in Australia who is feeling overwhelmed, experiencing crisis or longs to be heard.

Cancer Council NSW

We believe in a cancer free future. Every year almost 48,000 people in NSW are diagnosed with cancer. So every day we offer support to families affected by cancer, speak out on behalf of our community and find new and better ways to detect and treat cancer.
